Firstly thanks for looking. I am the owner of the above business, which myself and wife have owned for the last 5 years. We are not leaving the business but looking for the next step. My wife has just passed her BHS exams and we intend to purchase an equestrian business and add onto this pine lodges and a restaurant, we have a property to buy so the sale could be very quick. There is a coaching hotel on the outskirts of the village, approx 4 b&b's in the village and a youth hostel.
Not only do we get referals for accomadation but we get a lot of guests from other b&b's for food. We also have a deal on with the local hostel and this brings in a lot of walkers and families |

Open January Febuary - We decided to take the children away for 4-6 weeks every year.
Xmas Lunch - Very popular but again we have children.
Car,van and camper van hire Hire - the nearest if fort william or glasgow airport - approx one and a half hours away.
ATV hire - in winter there are a lot of workmen in or around the village, a few have enquired about atv hire.
Internet cafe - there are none..
fishing bait - boat hire - we sell permits for the river behind us
