The Company produces Electrophoretic, Nickel, Chrome and Brass plating and also Lacquers in various sizes and shapes up to one tonne in weight and 5 metres in length. Zinc plating is also up to half a tonne but the length is 4 metres.
The business is fully accredited to ISO 9001:2008 and to ISO 14001:2004, it is also working towards the automotive quality standard
TS 16949.

A BRIEF HISTORY
The Company was established in 1978 and has continually expanded its capacity and capability in the plating sector. The premises are conveniently located near to the M6 motorway at junction 3.
The ongoing success of the business is based upon 3 key elements, quality products, competitive prices and customer service.
The modern plant is designed to handle components of various shapes and sizes ranging from nuts and bolts to shop fittings and even machine bed plates weighing up to half a tonne and depending on which process up to 5 metres in length.
The Company even has its own fully fitted laboratory in which the chemical analysis of the plating solutions and salt spray testing of components can be carried out.

The business has ground and first floor offices and an on site chemical analysis laboratory at the front of the building with manufacturing to the rear with side loading bay and rear effluent treatment plant.
Within the manufacturing area are separate lines for zinc, brass, chrome and nickel plating. They also have lacquer and electro-deposition plant together with a packing line.
All plant and machinery are to the highest standard and are very robust in construction to ensure a long and efficient working life with maximum production ensured.
