Q.How soon could I take over the business and start selling my own products?
It will take about 5 days to configure the site into your name. Subject to diary commitments the training day could be held on day 6 so you could be up and running within a week.
Q. I'm a complete novice when it comes to the Internet and only have basic computer skills - will I be able to run my own an eStore?
A. Absolutely yes - full training is provided and targeted to your unique requirements. We can even start at the very beginning, e.g. what is the Internet if your require!
Q. How would I pay you for the business?
A. To show commitment and for us to start the transfer, simply provide a small 10% deposit and we will send you a receipt immediately. We will then start the transfer of all accounts and configuration into your name and address. The balance can then be paid at the end of the training day once you are completely satisfied.
Q. What if I need further help or advice in the future?
A. No problem - you can call us at anytime for help or advice.
Q. How much does it cost to run an eStore?
A. A fraction of the cost of a traditional shop. Hosting and SSL certification is circa £150pa and domain name renewal is about £40pa for all 4 names. There is a small Paypal fee per transaction - this is paid directly to them. If you have your own Internet Merchant Account with your bank then we can configure this for you if required.
Q. I have a technical question - What is the software that runs the eStore?
A. It's called Zen Cart - this is a highly regarded solution that is well supported and configurable / upgradeable. We have made many configuration changes to the basic software, this includes SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) developments.
Q. What is your track record in business?
A. We run our own successful eCommerce businesses, and have previously created brands and businesses that we have sold - details and links can be supplied for you to see our work. We have significant experience in SEO techniques and also managing pay-per-click campaigns. Our main goal is for you to be happy, confident and pleased with our work.
Q. What if I change my mind in the future and running an eStore is not for me
A. Simply list the business for sale - the price will continue to rise according to the length the business has been running (due to organic growth of hits from Google).
Q. This seems too good to be true - is it?
A. In terms of cost and the help we give, this is a very competitive package that would cost a lot more if you break it down. However, this is not a 'get rich quick scheme', i.e. opening an eStore requires hard work just as opening a shop in the high street. We have done the initial hard work and thinking for you, however, it is now up to you to develop the brand further (with advice from us of course).
