The business has been going since 2006 growing every year, I work on my own with an apprentice (he does not have to be taken on by any potential buyer) so there are no overheads except for my work van. I have a large database of very loyal clients such as landlords, builders, interior designers, a housing coop with 65 properties all in the same post code we carry out all their landlord gas safetys , new installations, repairs and also do their plumbing repairs, I look after a block of luxury flats, property developers,and individuals. Many of my clients have used me since i started , much of my work is word of mouth with some obtained from internet advertising. I am leaving the UK and want to leave my very loyal clients in good hands. I carry out all aspects of heating and gas work, installations, powerflushes, full systems, repairs, breakdowns, servicing, landlord certificates, and smaller plumbing jobs. This business would be a perfect start for someone who subcontracts and would like to go on their own. All admin is done from home so there are no office overheads.I am looking for a fairly quick sale as I am leaving in September so am really just wanting someone I can depend on who will look after my clients, the business has so much potential to grow.
