The Castle Suite is on our lower ground floor accessed from the hallway. It has its own entrance from the hallway down a short flight of stairs into a lobby from which you enter into the first bedroom. From that bedroom you have a door to the separate second bedroom and in the second bedroom can be found the bathroom. Note you do have to go through the second bedroom to find the bathroom.

The Castle Suite is beautifully decorated in a contemporary style in pastel greens and pink. There is a King size bed in the first room and two single beds in the second bedroom. Therefore it is ideal for a family with two children. The bathroom has a bath with a shower attached. There is a flat screen TV with Freeview and complimentary tea and coffee tray.

At this level there is also another room used as a Store Room, but it is considered that the entire lower ground floor could equally be used as the owners private accommodation, if preferred, combined with the large kitchen/breakfast room on the ground floor above and/or any other rooms desired.

Half Landing and 1st Floor

The current owners, who bought the property in 2006, spent approximately 18 months completely renovating it from the lower ground floor throughout, and it now represents a superbly presented Guest House in a prime trading location on Royal Parade, Eastbourne's premier seafront location.

Since being renovated and re-branded, the business opened again for trade on the 1st April 2008 and has been a great success and is very well regarded. It has been awarded 4 stars by Visit Britain and ranked 3rd in Eastbourne by Trip Advisor with a 5 star rating. Run by the current vendors, with the help of a part time lady for just 16hrs a week, the business also has its own very successful website and online booking services and has many visitors booking worldwide.
