The gym has been established for over 12 years, with our client taking ownership in October 2007. The gym caters for both sexes, and attracts a broad age range for use of its free weights, resistance and cardio equipment. The gym also has a good reputation for its fitness classes which include spinning, boxasize and stretch & tone. These classes are included in full memberships, or can be paid for separately as required. At present there are around 280 clients paying by a direct debit or standing order, as well as cash customers paying for individual sessions and various other flexible memberships.
