Eat 17 sausage rolls has been established for 2 years and has an excellent customer base. We sell very good quality sausage rolls - handmade, with high meat content and original flavours for instance wild boar & honey mustard.
The unit cost of sausage roll is 49p and our sell price is ?1.20 and the retail price is ?1.99
We run a restaurant and deli as well as the sausage rolls and the restaurant is undergoing a refurbishment soon, so the production facility for the rolls will be lost.
The turnover is ?25,000 per annum and we only do one production day a week! It\'s a profitable business but we just simply don\'t have time to deal with it now and don\'t have space etc to expand.
